                 Code Development Environment

We use XCode to develop codes and to profile code performance. Group members can download the IBAMR-customized XCode environment file from here. We have the following Apple machines in our group.

  • mojave.sdsu.edu

          iMac 27-inch 5K Retina Display

Intel Quad Core i7, 4.2 GHz, 64 GB RAM, 3 TB Fusion Drive

  •  sierra.sdsu.edu

          iMac 21.5-inch 4K Retina Display

Intel Quad Core i5, 3.0 GHz, 16 GB RAM, 3 TB Fusion Drive

  •  macbook.pro

        15.4-inch Retina Display

      High-Performance Computing Environment

We have a dedicated access to approximately 400 CPU cores (out of 1500 cores) at all times on fermi compute cluster. The group also has a dedicated 40 TB storage space on fermi. Apart from fermi cluster, we have Dell HPC workstations (zeus and zelus) for code testing and debugging purposes.

Group members can find instructions on connecting to zelus, zeus, and fermi remotely here. Instructions for building IBAMR and running simulations on these machines using SLURM are also provided on the group members webpage.
